Behind the CHAI (Clinton Health Access Initiative) project is a global vision – the right of all newborns for life , no matter where and under what circumstances it was born .

And it offers the possibility of a concrete local action: In Uganda and Zambia , the transmission rate of new HIV infections from mother to child is at almost 40%. There is no need for that , in particular in the western world these HIV transmission is virtually non-existent . And we can do something! Together with UNITAID, CHAI helped to reduce the price of pediatric ARV regimens by over 80% and catalyzed the scale up of treatment to 647,000 children. www.clintonfoundation.org We developed PROfertil ® because of the desire to have children of millions of couples worldwide remains unfulfilled . Infertility or Subfertility is one of the great phenomena of our time, and male infertility contributes to nearly half of all cases. Life is the most valuable commodity.
